BETHANY, West Virginia, Aug. 30 -- Bethany College issued the following news:
A retired U.S. Marine lieutenant colonel who witnessed decision-making by top U.S. officials on Sept. 11, 2001, will deliver the Larry E. Grimes Lecture at Bethany College at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, in Steinman Auditorium.
Lt. Col. Robert J. Darling retired from the Marine Corps in 2007 with more than 20 years of active-duty service that included piloting attack helicopters in Desert Sh . . .
