ATHENS, West Virginia, Aug. 30 -- Concord University issued the following news:
Concord University will observe Patriot Day with a 9/11 remembrance ceremony on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019. Michael L. Todorovich, director of the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, will be the guest speaker.
