LANSING, Michigan, Aug. 28 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release:
Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced this afternoon that former state representative Todd Courser, 47, of Silverwood, has pleaded no contest to Willful Neglect of Duty by a Public Officer. The misdemeanor is punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than $1,000.
