WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- The Investment Company Institute issued the following news release:
The Investment Company Institute (ICI) has named Thomas T. Kim as managing director of the Independent Directors Council (IDC).
Kim takes the lead at IDC in its 15th anniversary year, succeeding Amy B. R. Lancellotta, who is retiring after 13 years as IDC's managing director. Kim will join IDC in mid-October.
Before joining IDC, Kim served as senior vice presiden . . .
