ALBANY, New York, Aug. 27 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:
In July, the Office of the State Comptroller approved 1,627 contracts for state agencies and public authorities valued at $2.9 billion and approved more than 1.8 million payments worth nearly $7.9 billion.
