HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Aug. 27 -- Gov. Tom Wolf, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Wolf announced the approval of new apprenticeship grants to Elsner Engineering Works, KLK Welding, and Utz Quality Foods in Hanover to fill the need of skilled workers for manufacturing positions that require specialized knowledge. The grant, awarded to Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, builds on the governor's commitment to expanding job training opportunities . . .
