CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 26 -- Rep. Ann Kuster, D-New Hampshire, founding co-chair of the Bipartisan Opioid Task Force, issued the following statement after a judge found Johnson & Johnson responsible for fueling Oklahoma's opioid crisis:
"Today, a court ruled that a major drug maker is responsible for fueling the opioid crisis in Oklahoma.
