AUGUSTA, Maine, Aug. 26 -- The Maine House Democrats issued the following statement by Assistant House Majority Leader Ryan Fecteau, D-Biddeford, on the career and technical education bond vote:
Today, for a second time this year, the House fell short of the two-thirds vote it needed to approve a bond package that included funding for career and technical education, or CTE.
