TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Aug. 26 -- The Florida Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Terrie Rizzo:
Today marks the 99th anniversary of the enactment of the Nineteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, enshrining the right of all women to vote.
