Workcred, an affiliate of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) has appointed Isabel Cardenas-Navia, Ph.D., as its director of research, effective September 2, 2019. In this newly created role, Dr. Cardenas-Navia will advance Workcred's ongoing research agenda to examine workforce credentialing issues and needs.
