READING, Pennsylvania, Aug. 20 -- Kutztown University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
Kutztown University of Pennsylvania President Dr. Kenneth S. Hawkinson and Reading Area Community College (RACC) President Dr. Susan Looney signed an agreement Aug. 20, 2019, for KU to teach a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSED) with Prek-4 Teacher Certification program at RACC's campus starting fall 2020.
The agreement frames a teacher certification pathway . . .
