ATHENS, West Virginia, Aug. 21 -- Concord University issued the following news:
Former American Prisoner of War (POW) Jessica Lynch will be the keynote speaker for Concord University's Veterans Day observance on Monday, Nov. 11, 2019. The program will begin at 11 a.m. in University Point's Wilkes Family Chapel on the Athens campus.
