TOPEKA, Kansas, Aug. 20 -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, a district bank in the Federal Home Loan Bank System, issued the following news:
FHLBank Topeka's board and executive team are deeply saddened to announce that Andrew "Skip" Hove Jr., long-time board member from Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 18.
Hove, 84, spent 30 years working for the Minden Exchange Bank in Minden, Nebraska, where he left as chairman and CEO. He went on to be appointed . . .
