WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Nebraska, chairman of the Senate Judiciary subcommittee on Oversight, issued the following statement after Attorney General Bill Barr removed Hugh Hurwitz from his position as acting head of the Federal Bureau of Prisons:
"This is a good start, but it's not the end.
"Jeffrey Epstein should still be in a padded cell and under constant surveillance, but the justice system has failed Epstein's victims at every turn.
