CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 16 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:
A cyanobacteria bloom has been observed along the beach on Jericho Lake in Berlin, NH. The bloom appeared as bright, blue-green clouds accumulating along the shoreline on 8/14. Samples collected from the swimming area on 8/15 exceeded the State threshold of 70,000 cells/ml of cyanobacteria. Samples contained 223,000 to 2,425,000 cells/ml of the cyanobacteria t . . .
