LANSING, Michigan, Aug. 13 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release:
Ronald Robling and his estate sale company R & S Resale will pay a total of $77,523.21 in restitution after pleading guilty as charged by the Michigan Attorney General's office to:
* One felony count of Conducting a Criminal Enterprise/Racketeering;
* Thirteen felony counts of Embezzlement By An Agent or Trustee $,1000 or more but less than $20,00 . . .
