JUNEAU, Alaska, Aug. 13 -- The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation issued the following public notice:

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue renewal Air Quality Control Operating Permit AQ0221TVP04 to Cordova Electric Cooperative for the Orca Power Plant, under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.
