CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, Aug. 8 -- The University of Tennessee's Chattanooga Campus issued the following news release:
Honors students from a Florida college now will be able to transfer directly to the UTC Honors College and not pay out-of-state tuition.
On Thursday, Aug. 8, an agreement was signed between UTC Honors College and Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, guaranteeing that honors students from the Florida school can come immediately to UTC once they finish . . .
