CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 9 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:
Shoreline accumulations of cyanobacteria have been observed on Middle Danforth Pond in Freedom, NH. Reports of these observations have been noted at each end of the pond and are likely to move through to the other connected ponds. Samples collected from a shoreline on 8/9 exceeded the State threshold of 70,000 cells/ml of cyanobacteria. Samples contained cyanob . . .
