DEER LODGE, Montana, Aug. 8 -- The Senate Energy and Natural Resources subcommittee on National Parks issued the following testimony by Palmer Jenkins, acting Intermountain regional director for the National Park Service, at a field hearing to examine opportunities to expand visitation at lesser-known National Park System units:
