CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 7 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:
A cyanobacteria bloom has been observed on Franklin-Pierce Lake in Hillsborough, NH. A surface scum accumulating along the shoreline appeared blue-green, with thin ribbons along the Manahan Park Beach.
