WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- The Peace Corps issued the following news release:

Emignogni Mahtoundji Noe Rousseau, a long-time counterpart to Peace Corps volunteers in Benin, was honored with the esteemed Mandela Washington Fellowship for his work educating Beninese youth.
