JUNEAU, Alaska, Aug. 2 -- The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation issued the following public notice:

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Air Quality Control Operating Permit No. AQ0106TVP04 for the Beluga River Power Plant under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.
