WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following floor remarks urging his colleagues to vote to override President Trump's veto of three joint resolutions of disapproval that would halt certain arms sales to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates:
