MANCHESTER, New Hampshire, July 30 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, chair of the House Veteran's Affairs subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, issued the following statement in response to the Boston Globe publishing a story about a whistleblower retaliation at White River Junction Veterans Affairs Medical Center:
