OKINAWA, Japan, July 30 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Education Activity issued the following news release:
Ms. Lois Rapp, Department of Defense Education Activity Pacific Director for Student Excellence, is pleased to announce the selection of Ms. Gail Wiley as the Pacific South District's Guam Community Superintendent. Ms. Wiley previously served as the principal at Kadena Elementary School, Okinawa.
Ms. Wiley received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education . . .
