WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Chairman Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following joint statement after Congress passed an extension of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic demonstration program through September 13:
