WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire, a member of both the Senate Foreign Relations and Armed Services committees, issued the following statement after the Senate failed to override President Trump's veto on bipartisan legislation to prohibit the administration from selling weapons to Saudi Arabia without Congressional approval:
