WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Nebraska, chairman of the Senate Commerce subcommittee on Transportation and Safety, issued the following statement after the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee introduced the America's Transportation Infrastructure Act:
