WASHINGTON, July 26 -- The Small Business and Entrepreneurship Council issued the following statement by President and CEO Karen Kerrigan on the report of the Commerce Department that the economy grew 2.1 percent in the second quarter, representing a deceleration in growth from the first quarter:
