Today, Congresswoman Lawrence (MI-14) announces a $1 million grant award for the State of Michigan from the Department of Labor's Workforce Data Quality Initiative (WDQI) grants and a $2.6 million grant award for the City of Detroit for Low or no Emissions (Low-No) Grant Program.
