WASHINGTON, July 25 -- The Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee issued the following testimony by Darrell G. Seki Sr., chairman of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians, at a hearing entitled "Hemp Production and the 2018 Farm Bill":
