WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Nebraska, issued the following statement regarding the collapse of a major irrigation tunnel that transports water to Nebraska's panhandle:
Governor Pete Ricketts issued an emergency declaration earlier this morning.
