HARTFORD, Connecticut, July 24 -- The Connecticut Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Nancy Wyman:
"Today's Congressional testimony by Robert Mueller was understated, but devastating.
"The President of the United States was not truthful with investigators, and the report did not clear him of wrongdoing.
"And maybe the most chilling comments: that Russians continue working to undermine the upcoming elections.
