ALBANY, New York, July 24 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today signed legislation (S00521-A/A05939) naming a portion of the State Highway System in Rockland County in honor of Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall. The bill designates a portion of State Route 17 in the Village of Hillburn as the "Justice Thurgood Marshall Memorial Highway."
