WASHINGTON, July 24 -- Rep. David Kustoff, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) joined Congressman Billy Long (MO-07) to introduce H.R. 3869, the Internet Exchange (IX) Act. This bill aims to strengthen Internet access in rural areas by promoting more Internet Exchanges across the country.
