LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, July 23 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
Governor Asa Hutchinson and Commerce Secretary Mike Preston today announced Nathan Smith, Ph.D., as the state's first Broadband Manager.
