WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Katherine Clark, D-Massachusetts, issued the following statement regarding the bipartisan budget caps bill:
"The bipartisan agreement paves the way for Congress to responsibly fund our government and better support American families.
"It rejects the President's reckless FY 2020 budget, averts a financial crisis by raising the debt ceiling, avoids another government shutdown, and allows us to move forward on the House-passed app . . .
