Today, Congressman Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr. (CA-39) announced that two of his bills passed the House Floor on a bipartisan voice vote. The first bill, authored by Rep. Cisneros, was H.R. 2942, the Helping Expand and Launch Transitional Health (HEALTH) for Women Veterans Act.
