MCALLEN, Texas, July 19 -- Rep. Paul Mitchell, R-Michigan, issued the following statement after his visit at the southern border with other members of the Problem Solvers Caucus:
The facilities the Caucus members visited included points of entry, a border patrol station, a family unit detention facility, an unaccompanied minor care facility, and a centralized processing center. Caucus members also visited the physical U.S.-Mexican border and participated in briefings and discussions . . .
