DANVILLE, Indiana, July 19 -- Rep. James Baird, R-Indiana, issued the following news release:
Congressman Jim Baird (R-IN-04) today donated books from the Library of Congress's Surplus Books Program to the Williamsport-Washington Township Library. The Surplus Books Program allows Members of Congress to donate excess books not needed for the Library's own use to eligible organizations in their districts.
