COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 18 -- Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose issued the following statement on the signing of legislation (S.B. 107) sponsored by Ohio State Sen. Michael Rulli, R-Salem, that is designed to enhance transparency by allowing campaign finance reports for local candidates to be filed electronically with county boards of elections.
