WASHINGTON, July 17 -- The Alliance to Save Energy issued the following statement by President Jason Hartke on the Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act, introduced by Sens. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, and Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire:
