WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Sens. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, and Mike Braun, R-Indiana, chairman of the Subcommittee on Clean Air and Nuclear Safety, issued the following statements on the Environmental Protection Agency's 2019 Air Trend Report:
