TRENTON, New Jersey, July 16 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news:
Establishing performance standards for personalized handguns, also known "smart guns" and "child-proof guns," legislation sponsored by Assembly Democrats Gordon Johnson, Valerie Vainieri Huttle and Benjie Wimberly was signed into law today by Governor Phil Murphy.
