TRENTON, New Jersey, July 15 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following statement by Assembly Majority Leader Lou Greenwald, D-Camden/Burlington, on the Trump administration's decision to freeze $31 million in funding for re-entry and inmate rehabilitation programs:
