WASHINGTON, July 12 -- The House Judiciary Committee issued the following testimony by John Eastman, founding director of the Claremont Institute's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, at a hearing entitled "Lessons from the Mueller Report, Part III: Constitutional Processes for Addressing Presidential Misconduct":
