NEW YORK, July 12 -- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey issued the following joint statement by Chairman Kevin O'Toole, Executive Director Rick Cotton and the Board of Commissioners on the death of 32BJ Service Employees International Union President Hector Figueroa:
