HELENA, Montana, July 11 -- Montana Attorney General Tim Fox issued the following news release:
Attorney General Tim Fox and 29 other attorneys general filed a settlement today that requires Premera Blue Cross, the largest health insurance company in the Pacific Northwest, to pay a total of $10 million to be split among the 30 states for its failure to secure sensitive consumer data.
