ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, July 11 -- The Maryland Democratic Party issued the following news:

On Thursday the Maryland Democratic Party filed a new complaint with the State Board of Elections regarding suspicious contributions from LLCs that gave more than a half million dollars to Governor Larry Hogan's re-election campaign.
